Our Conference and Logistics Managers provide site selection and contract negotiation; event promotion, signage development; online registration development and management; evaluation development, dissemination and analysis; and travel and hotel logistics. IMS follows reimbursement guidelines in accordance with federal travel and per diem regulations. We also provide onsite support before (i.e., signage and registration set up), during (i.e., registration check in, escorts/guides, break out session facilitation, note taking and timekeeping) and after (i.e., evaluation dissemination, client debrief, future planning) the event.
